We know that florals are a crucial element to set the tone and style for a wedding. We also know that florals can equal a hefty investment when it comes to pulling off your dream event. Our goal at Flocal Co. is to provide options to all of our couples to help maximize the budget while also securing a premium floral product. Explore our offerings below to learn more about our event types and to find your perfect match.

FULL SERVICE EVENTS
Event Minimum $4,750
Along with all the gorgeous florals carefully curated for your wedding, our full service offering also comes with professional onsite support to ensure a picture perfect, stress free event.

Our full service offering includes floral set-up of both ceremony and reception locations, offsite drop off for personal florals, access to Flocal Co's rental item inventory including premium candles and stuctures for floral installations as well as event tear down and collection of rental inventory.
​
All we need you to do is walk into your event and smell the roses! Literally.

PARTIAL SERVICE EVENTS
Event Minimum $2,750
A Flocal Co. partial service event is perfect for couples that have a little DIY spirit, but want the big stuff left to the professionals.

Our partial service offering includes floral delivery and set-up of both ceremony and reception locations, offsite drop off for personal florals. The only services not included in our partial event package are acces to our inventory rental collection as well as event tear down. We work closely with you to advise on sourcing from both your venue and external resources to ensure your event is completely cohesvie, while offering a cost savings benefit.

SELF SERVICE EVENTS
Event Minimum $750
Self service events with Flocal Co. offer all the savings! An event like this is a perfect option if you have a wedding planner who offers coordination services, or family and friends with time and attention to detail to support you on your big day.

Our self service offering includes all the premium florals in your order delivered to a specified location or picked-up prior to your event in coordination with our team. We partner with you leading up to the event to ensure delivery timing and details are confirmed and organized.

OUR PROCESS

CONSULTATION & BOOKING
The first step in any Flocal Co. event is a phone consultation. Once we receieve your information, we will reach out to you directly to talk details! We love to see your vision board, or inspiration pictures, as well as learn about your event so we can recommend the best floral plan possible for you. We like to run through the following items in your initial consult:

Ceremony and reception details including day of timing

Color scheme and overall floral vision

Floral likes and dislikes

Opportunities for floral reuse and maxmimizng the budget

Booking process and day of expectations

Once we have nailed down the perfect floral plan, booking is complete by accepting our electronic custom quote and paying a 25% deposit to hold your date. The remaining balance is due seven days prior to the event.

EVENT PLANNING & COORDINATION
We like to stay in touch prior to your event as details inevitably change. You can reach us anytime via all the communication platforms provided to you at booking and keep us informed as your plans shape up. We allow as much flexibility as we can and accept change orders up to 30 days out including additions and substractions without fees.

When we are several weeks out, we will reach out to you to confirm your floral order a final time as well as provide sample photos of the blooms we intend to use in your designs so you have an opportunity to make changes. For full or partial service events we also connect with your venue coordinator, event planner if you have one, as well as other vendors including photographers and caterers to ensure we are all aligned on the details of your special day.

EVENT DAY SERVICES
The big day is finally here! It's showtime!

Our process varies depending on your event type. If you have opted for a full service or partial service event, we are up early finalizing day of details and getting your florals where they need to go. We set your ceremony and reception locations, as well as complete any additional floral drop offs or special requests needed and planned for leading up to the event. For self-service events, we will be working with you or a designated contact directly on drop off or pick-up details.
​
For full-service events, we will sneak in towards the end of your reception (too sad to think about, we know) and we begin to collect rentals and help tear items down as needed. When you book with us, all your florals are yours to keep! Unless otherwise specified as rental, all the vessels your florals are provided in, including all vases, are yours to keep so you can take them home to be enjoyed for days post event.

After the event, it's a wrap, but trust us, we love to reminice with you for months to come on all the gorgeousness!
