Flocal Co Floral Studio is a boutique, full-service wedding florist in Columbus, Ohio specializing in modern, romantic, and garden-inspired floral design.
We create elevated wedding and event flowers that transform your venue and bring your vision to life through intentional color palettes, premium blooms, and thoughtful design.
We also have a retail floral shop right in the heart of Grandview, Ohio where we offer our same elevated and seasonal designs in the form of floral arrangements for pick-up, local deliveries, same day orders as well as boutique gifts!

What kinds of items do you have available in your store?
We carry fresh florals everyday in our cooler to grab and go, including fresh seasonal bouquets, bud vase arrangements, larger arrangements for gifting and more!
We also carry a large stock of boutique gifts that are the perfect complement for any hostess gift!
What types of flowers do you have in stock?
Each month we release a specially curated collection of arrangements that are perfectly fitting with the season that we carry online as well as in our store. All of our collections are designed with premium and seasonal blooms that reflect the time of year. We also always carry a white neutral garden collection for the ultimate simplicity!
Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer delivery Tuesday-Saturday around the Columbus, Ohio area, as well as same-day delivery if ordered before 12:00pm. Check out our shop page to place your order or call our store! (614-408-3985)
Do you offer arrangements for pick-up?

What happens if the recipient isn’t available to receive their delivery?
We make every attempt to reach the recipient, but every now and then we have to leave the order. If no one is available we will leave the order in a secure location and reach out to the customer who ordered the arrangement.
If the weather isn’t suitable for fresh flowers (below 32 degrees) we will bring the order back to our shop and have it in our flower cooler for pick-up.
Do you do in-person flower arranging workshops?
Yes we do and have them posted on our website when they are available! Our workshops provide all of the florals, instruction and supplies necessary for design and our store is always open for shopping during the event!
Our workshops are BYOB as well so bring a friend, a snack and your favorite bottle of wine and come sharpen your design skills!

What items do you offer for full-service weddings?
Flocal Co Floral Studio is a full-service, insured, wedding florist based in Columbus, Ohio. We design, deliver, and professionally install all floral elements for your wedding day — bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony installations, hanging floral structures, arches, aisle flowers, and specialty rentals such as vases, candles, pedestals, stands and more.
Our team handles every detail from concept to cleanup so your wedding looks cohesive, elevated, and beautifully designed.
What is your booking process?
First off, we are so glad to hear from you and cannot wait to collaborate on ideas for the big day! Here is an outline of what to expect throughout our booking process:
- Inquiry: Inquire on our website for an initial quote and data availability (Link inquiry form)
- Initial Quote: Receive a custom price quote & event moodboard from us via email
- Consultation: Schedule a time to chat that works for you (either over the phone or in-person)
- Proposal: Recieve a full custom visual proposal via email after your floral services consultation
- Booking: Book your wedding flowers by signing our contrat and paying a 25% retainer
- Finalization: Watch out for a communication from us to schedule a final details meeting around 45-60 days out from the big day!
- Install: Have the best day ever surrounded by your family, friends and gorgeous wedding florals!
How far in advance should we book our wedding florist?
Most couples book us 8–14 months in advance, especially for peak dates (April–November). If your wedding is sooner, we still encourage you to inquire — we take weddings year-round depending on availability.
What is a good price range to expect?
We actually have a full pricing guide to help you plan!
Do you have a minimum for wedding floral bookings?
Our minimum is $6,500 for full service events and weddings which can include full design, onsite design, set-up of ceremony, reception and cocktail hour spaces, access to our rental catalog, and clean-up and teardown at the end of the event.
Ceremony to reception flips to reuse your ceremony florals are also available and priced on a case by case basis.
We absolutely do smaller events as well! We offer wedding and event florals in smaller a la carte style packages with our curated floral schemes for onsite set-up, delivery or pick-up. We design for any kind of event small or large including elopements, simple weddings, corporate events, and even just a bridal bouquet, so definitely reach out!

What is included in your full-service wedding floral packages?
Our full-service wedding floral design includes:
- Customized floral design plan
- Mood board and palette development
- A detailed proposal with itemized pricing
- Digital Mock-Ups of complicated designs
- Final details meeting with an option for an in-person studio consultation
- Ability to select specialty rentals such as candles, vases, urns, pedestals, stands and more
- Delivery, setup, and installation
- A trained on-site floral team
- Breakdown/cleanup

Do you work with all Columbus wedding venues?
Yes! We work anywhere! We do have a travel fee for areas outside of Columbus or Central, Ohio, but we are excited to work with you at any venue!

Can you replicate a bouquet or floral style I found on Pinterest or Social Media?
We use Pinterest and inspiration images as a guide to understand your style.We don’t copy exact designs, but we create a version that fits your color palette, your venue, and what is seasonally available. Our goal is to deliver arrangements that feel personalized, cohesive, and true to your vision
Do you use seasonal flowers and what if a flower I love isn’t available?
Unfortunately, the nature of our business is highly seasonal which means each flower has a season. We do priorize using locally grown blooms when possible for the freshest, highest quality flowers. Often times, when you source flowers that are not in season, the blooms aren’t as spectacular and the health of the flower can be poor.
If a specific flower that you love becomes unavailable (weather, import delays, crop shortages), we select the closest possible substitute while keeping your color palette and vibe intact. We make every effort to ensure there isn’t a quality loss and we only select flowers in your initial proposal we are confident we can secure the week of your wedding!
For reference, here are general sourcing guidelines for our most commonly requested wedding flowers:
- Peonies (available late May to mid June)
- Dahlias (avaiable mid-late July to early October)
- Ranunculus (available all year)
- Hydrangea (available all year)
- Roses (available all year)
- Garden Roses (available all year)
Can you accommodate allergies, or pets?
Absolutely! Just make us aware of those details and we will save them in your customer file!
Do you offer mockups of my wedding design?
We do and can certainly schedule that for you! Please keep in mind that a mockup will cost significantly more than the pricing in your proposal due to the fact most of the florals will have to be special ordered and are not flower types we regularly stock in our store.
If your wedding scheme coordinates with the flower types available in our retail store at the time of the request, we can honor the pricing in your proposal.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit card types, ACH payments as well as a check (either hand delivered or mailed) for wedding floral payments.
What happens if we don’t know exactly what we want yet?
That is why we are here! It is our specialty to help guide couples through the process and make sure we are landing on a vision that you love, that feels like you and you can picture on the big day!
Most couples come to us with a general feeling or vibe, and we help shape it into a cohesive floral design plan.
Rest assured we also allow changes throughout the process! You are not locked into the exact items, flowers or investment in your initial proposal so that we can leave flexibility for all the changes that pop up along the way! We want it to be stress free and easy for our couples who need to make adjustments!
