We are unable to process returns for circumstances resulting in negligence. 

Let's keep these beauties lasting as long as possible! We recommend checking the water level of your fresh florals after delivery and replacing them with fresh water daily. If you see a stem that isn't looking its best after a few days, give it a fresh snip to reabsorb more water. 

Re-trim your bouquets every 1-2 days for maximum life and keep all leaves and foliage out of the water if you are arranging yourself at home.

- Full payment is required unless otherwise agreed.

- Declined or fraudulent payments may result in order cancellation.

3. Deliveries & Pick-Up
- We deliver within Columbus, Ohio, and surrounding areas.
- Delivery times are estimates only.
- If no one is available, we may leave flowers in a safe spot or attempt redelivery (fees may apply).

4. Substitutions & Availability
- Fresh flowers are seasonal and substitutions may occur.
- Substitutions will be of equal or greater value, keeping the style and theme intact.

5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds not guaranteed once delivered.
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before delivery. Custom orders may be non-refundable.

6. Event & Wedding Orders
- Event/wedding orders require a signed contract and 25% floral services retainer.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Final payment deadlines will be outlined in your agreement.
