All orders will be available for pick-up in our studio or local delivery at checkout. We do not offer shipping at this time
Product Care
Let's keep these beauties lasting as long as possible! We recommend checking the water level of your fresh florals after delivery and replacing them with fresh water daily. If you see a stem that isn't looking its best after a few days, give it a fresh snip to reabsorb more water.
Re-trim your bouquets every 1-2 days for maximum life and keep all leaves and foliage out of the water if you are arranging yourself at home.
Return Policy
We want your experience to be exceptional! If there is an issue with your order and your flowers are not looking as expected please reach out to our store via phone (614-408-3985) or email (hello@flocalco.com).
We are unable to process returns for circumstances resulting in negligence.

At Flocal Co we believe deeply in sustainability and are passionate about doing what we can to limit our impact on our environment:
- We source local Ohio farm grown flowers whenever possible to help support local business, limit the environmental impact on shipping, packaging and transport, as well as to provide a fresher and more seasonal flower arrangement
- We partner with GoZero Services to compost 100% of our floral and natural material waste- it all gets composted and returned back to our local ecosystem
- We use sustainable floral design materials whenever we can - We reuse mechanics to limit the impact on the environment and choose non toxic, biodegradable products in our designs
- We recycle 100% of the cardboard and plastic packaging that enters our studio
- We partner with Stems for Seniors, a local wedding floral donation company in Central, Ohio, who is able to repurpose our used wedding floral designs as well as extra blooms in our studio to gift to nursing homes, Meals on Wheels and more
